Harvest Moon Baking Company (HMBC) was born in 2006 in Denver, Colorado. Our homegrown bakery operation has remained true to old school baking traditions, pure simple ingredients with no artificial preservatives, mixed together with a little Rock & Roll attitude.
Today, our handmade artisan selections are proudly delivered to and served in restaurants throughout the United States. We say it and we mean it: Thanks for letting us handle your buns.
Our products are proudly raised in The Rockies and ready to deliver either side of the Continental Divide.
We love our customers. Thanks for letting us handle your buns.

The “breads” that are produced in our (HMBC) facility are produced alongside “breads” that use eggs, dairy, and seeds (sesame, poppy, flax, caraway, and sesame). No peanuts are used in the Harvest Moon facilities. The production equipment that produces breads and buns for foodservice sales do not store or produce any items with tree nuts. HMBC follows Good Manufacturing Practices as well as SQF 9.0 manufacturing practices to segregate ingredients and avoid cross contamination. Additionally, HMBC breads are all handmade, natural products containing no artificial ingredients, no high fructose corn syrup, no hydrogenated oils, and no artificial preservatives.
