Our products are handmade in Colorado and are prepared without any preservatives. Our products are immediately frozen, then shipped frozen. Products should be frozen upon receipt and delivery to your facilities and kept frozen until use.

Keep away from heat
Do not refrigerate
Keep product frozen until use
Thaw estimated usage overnight for next day

The “breads” that are produced in our (HMBC) facility are produced alongside “breads” that use eggs, dairy, and seeds (flax, caraway, and sesame). No peanuts are used in the Harvest Moon facilities. The production equipment that produces breads and buns for foodservice sales do not store or produce any items with tree nuts. HMBC follows Good Manufacturing Practices as well as SQF 9.0 manufacturing practices to segregate ingredients and avoid cross contamination. Additionally, HMBC breads are all handmade, natural products containing no artificial ingredients, no high fructose corn syrup, no hydrogenated oils, and no artificial preservatives.
